Cilantro, Lime & Chili Garlic Lean Pork Cutlets for dinner!
I didn’t measure anything, but I used:
1. A shitload of Cilantro
2. 2-3 Tbsp Chili Garlic Sauce
3. 4 cloves of Garlic
4. Juice from 1 Lime
5. 1 Tspn of low sodium adobo
6. 5 lean pork cutlets
I squeezed the lime over the pork chops, added the chopped cilantro, crushed garlic and garlic chili sauce and rub it into the porkchops and let them sit 29 minutes or so while I made the green beans and then steamed them in a nonstick pan coated with a dash of EVOO. They are amazing and zesty! I added red pepper to the second batch and kicked it up a notch! #dinner #healthyfood #protein #pork #foodporn

I used my left over Cilantro a quinoa bean patties, topped it with my homemade roasted red pepper sauce, then placed an egg over easy and chopped cilantro on top!
